Born out of a public sector recruitment agency, Pentagon Talent is big enough to make an impact but small enough to care. Pentagon Talent is supported by the infrastructure of Morgan Hunt, a national recruitment agency. This means we have access to resources including compliance, candidate services, IT, finance, and marketing. Specialising in legal and accounting practices, we have a reliable team who are experienced in modern recruitment challenges.

Pentagon Talent is here and we are re-engineering recruitment. And we’ve got a great role model — our parent company, award-winning, public-sector specialist Morgan Hunt. That’s where we inherit our values and our experience too.

Pentagon Talent focuses on the recruitment of finance professionals for legal and accountancy practices and is based in London but with offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, and Glasgow. Our team is one of Morgan Hunt’s fastest growing, and the sector emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic to thrive. Since last year, we’ve seen a 50% increase in roles, and we expect this to grow.
