That’s when I founded Life Begins at Menopause offering a safe space where people can talk about their symptoms, enhance nutrition and supplements and optimise their lifestyle.

I studied at the gold-standard Barefoot Coaching, graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and have been trained by Tedx Speaker Cynthia Thurlow specialising in Intermittent Fasting.
