Tom Davenport

Tom is the co-founder and joint leader of Alvius, a technology partner to the UK’s leading jobs, recruitment, and staffing organisations. Alvius’s platforms, including its Vendor Management System and Talent Pooling System, help companies and public bodies find, hire, and manage tens of thousands of people annually.

Since 2011, the organisations Tom has co-founded have employed more than 50 people, facilitated employment for over 1,000 others, secured major multi-year contracts with corporations and UK government bodies, processed over £100m in spend, and provided hundreds of students with policy research experience.

With a diverse background, Tom has served in the British armed forces, worked in finance, and acted as a trustee for an inner-city youth club. His journey includes founding one successful charity, one impactful but commercially unsuccessful company, and Alvius, which continues to grow and thrive under his leadership.
