Our candidate services team handles the whole payroll and timesheet process from the onboarding of candidates through to payment. We are on hand to offer advice and guidance every step of the way. Compliance
A key part of the recruitment process is to ensure that our candidates and clients are suitable for one another. Therefore, before we can present candidates to our clients, we have to carry out a thorough pre-screening of both parties.
Statutory Pay
Candidates we place are in many cases eligible for statutory maternity, paternity and sick pay. Various criteria need to be met - and the level remuneration depends on a number of different factors.
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
We don't pay sub-contractors directly but allow workers to be paid via CIS through our Umbrella Partners that operate the scheme.
IR35 & Umbrella Companies
Morgan Hunt operates a Preferred Supplier List for Umbrella Companies. We have worked with these companies for many years as they provide a host of benefits to our candidates.
