We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Services Lecturer to join our educational institution in the Surrey area. This role involves delivering high-quality education to students pursuing vocational qualifications in Public Services at Levels 1 to 3, preparing them for careers in sectors such as emergency services, criminal justice, and local government.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and update course materials, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and practices.​
  • Student Support: Provide academic guidance and pastoral care to students, fostering their personal development and professional aspirations.​
  • Assessment: Develop and administer assessments, monitor student progress, and offer constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.​
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the Public Services sector and educational methodologies.​

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience within the Public Services sector, providing practical insights to enrich the learning experience.​
