Inclusive Learning Employability Coach

• Position: Inclusive Learning Employability Coach

• Location: Bury St Edmunds Area
• Salary: £32 per hour
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for students with special educational needs (SEN), supporting their employability development.
• Collaborate with course teams to provide placement-related support and participate in student inductions.
• Facilitate vocational profiling, job matching, and build strong relationships with employers.
• Provide learning support, develop individualised support plans, and lead small group sessions.
• Ensure clear communication with course teams and maintain accurate support records.

Candidate Profile:

• A proactive and compassionate individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate students while maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
