We are searching for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated English Lecturer to inspire students and help them develop strong literacy skills. If you love teaching and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:

🖊️ Job Title - English Teacher

📍 Location - Colchester

⏳ Hours - Full-Time

📅Contract Length - Temporary

💰 Pay Rate - £32 - £35 per hour (depending on qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons.

✔️ Teach and support students with different learning styles.

✔️ Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

✔️ Stay up to date with curriculum developments and best teaching practices.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Minimum GCSE qualifications in English & Maths.

🔹 Previous experience teaching English at A Level or to students aged 16-18.

🔹 A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.

🔹 Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

🔹 Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.

🔹 An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
