Work Placement Officer - Temporary

Location: Bury St Edmunds Area

Contract: Temporary

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: £32 per hour

We are excited to offer an opportunity within our dedicated Work Placement team. For this post, an interest or previous experience in the Digital or Public Service sectors would be advantageous but not essential. In this role, you will assess and guide students during their placements and play an integral part in ensuring they develop essential employability skills.

This is a highly rewarding position suited to those who enjoy developing strong business relationships and providing exceptional customer service to support business needs. You will work closely with students and employers, establishing excellent working relationships regardless of age, ability, or support needs.

The successful candidate should have the ability to identify opportunities and possess strong persuasion skills. A driving licence and access to a car are essential as the position will involve visiting employers and students on placement.
