Join the Black Leadership Job Board Movement

A Movement for Change

Black Leadership Job Board (BLJB) has been built to address a pressing issue:

Just 1.5% of senior leadership positions are held by Black or ethnic minority individuals.

This is a stark reality that needs to change — and BLJB is here to drive that change.

By challenging unconscious bias, breaking down systemic barriers, and increasing Black and ethnic minority representation in leadership roles.

More Than a Just Job Board: A Movement

Created in collaboration between Morgan Hunt, a public sector recruitment agency, and the Black Leadership Group (BLG), an anti-racist organisation, the platform stands for challenging unconscious bias and breaking down systemic racism. The BLJB aims to amplify Black and ethnic minority talent in leadership roles, with a focus on increasing representation and fostering diversity.

Collective Action for Change

While we're still building our campaign, we know that change won’t come overnight. But real change never happens without collective action. If organisations are committed to improving diversity within their senior leadership teams, they need to get involved and align with the BLJB.

It's not just about filling roles — it's about transforming the future of leadership. We can’t do it alone; and we need collective support to make this change a reality.
