Job Role: Maintenance Operative

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Salary: £13.88 Per Hour + £1.66 WTR

Work Location: The Broadway, London SW19 1RY

Must Have: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS Certificate + Should be on online/update service

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance across multiple trades
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and health & safety standards
• Collaborating with the team and contractors to deliver exceptional service
• Managing safety, risk assessments, and property-related legislation
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
