Revenues Team Leader

Are you a Revenues Team Leader looking for work remotely from home?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client is looking to recruit a Revenues Team Leaser to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Support a Revenues Manager in all aspects of managing of a council tax team including the Billing, Collection of Council Tax and Business Rates
• Deali with customer accounts and queries and complaints including written correspondence and phone calls
• Manage the team and monitor performance in accordance to legislation and key performance indicators
• Planning, prioritising and managing staff resources
• Work alongside the Revenues Manager to implement procedures which will ensure effective collection.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone, face to face and written correspondence on all queries related to Council Tax.
• Train and develop all team members
