Neighbourhood Income Manager

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Camden, North London, is looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Income Manager to oversee the collection of rent and service charges, manage arrears recovery, and ensure the effective operation of income services.

You will be working closely with tenants, housing officers, and other departments to maintain financial sustainability and improve collection rates.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To lead and manage the income collection process for council housing.
- To manage and reduce rent arrears.
- To provide guidance and support to the income team.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve income performance.
- To liaise with tenants to resolve financial issues.
