
Housing Support Worker - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Nearest train station: N/A as car required Nearest Nacro office: (drivers can only claim mileage from the nearest office to the first property), so it will be based on the location request
DBS level: (Enhanced adult, child or both?) enhanced adult DBS then will complete HMPPS clearance If DBS not on the update service - a new one will have to be done through us
Clients are on bail, HDC or license
Full Time - 37.5 Earlys - 8-4pm Lates - 2-10pm Monday-Friday but occasionally may have to work on Saturdays but you will get the following Monday off.

What are the main duties of the role?
- Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with the service user referring to specialist agencies as required.
- Ensure that properties are always adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned.
- Support residents to understand responsibilities that will help them keep their CAS-2 and future accommodation.
- Empower and motivate service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop a move-on plan with service users at the earliest opportunity, identifying realistic options for their future home. Will be lone working
- Can work from home 3-4 in caseload (on occasions up to 10)
Pay -
£14.08+Holiday Pay = £15.78
