Housing Support Worker - Probation

Our client is a a social justice charity that promotes resilience and independence through a variety of services including, housing, education, health & wellbeing.

They are seeking a Housing Support Worker to

Provide housing related support to vulnerable individuals together with providing housing and property management with the aim of achieving a successful move-on and other measurable outcomes including supporting service users to achieve independence.

Duties include

• Planning effective Support and Safety Plans for each service user which are person centered and encompass individual support needs.
• Identify, report and manage all incidents of anti social behavior by any service user and record appropriately on database provided.
• Engage with colleagues from The Probation Service to deliver a coordinated and joined up approach to support for our service users.

• This role reports to the Service Manager
• Role is based in Luton
• There is an element of working from home
• Driver with car is required
• Enhanced adult DBS required
