People Advisor - Education sector - West London - c £37,000


This is a great opportunity for a People Advisor to join a newly formed People team. Reporting into a People Partner you will provide advice and support on all people matters. Your key responsibilities will include:-

• Acting as the first point of contact for all people queries and providing advice on HR best practice

• Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues including redundancies

• Conducting employee engagement initiatives

• Tracking and monitoring HR Trends

You should be an experienced People Advisor or HR Generalist with good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice ideally gained in the education or Public sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations cases needs to be combined with excellent communication skills. A proactive approach is essential.
