Morgan Hunt have partnered with a number of Training Providers who are always on the look out for Early Years Apprenticeship Assessors. These roles can vary in locations but will typically cover a 1.5-2-hour radius of where the Assessor is based. The clients we work with typically offer full time permanent roles. These positions will involve delivering Early Years Apprenticeships ranging from Levels 2-5. These roles tend to have a hybrid working policy and requiring learner visits every 10-12 weeks. Salaries for these positions vary depending on the delivery the qualifications but typically range from £28,000-£34,000.
The Early Years Apprenticeship Assessors will typically be responsible for:
- delivering the Early Years Apprenticeships Standards from Levels 2-5
- embedding Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2
- managing a caseload of up to 45 learners
- ensuring learners documentation is compliant and correctly completed to ensure eligibility for funding
- attending regular meetings with the quality team
The Early Years Apprenticeships Assessors will need to hold:
- a Level 3-5 (or above) qualification in Early Years
- an Assessor qualification
- previous experience delivering Early Years Apprenticeships at Level (or above)
- occupational competency within an Early Years setting
- Minimum of grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
