Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer/Sports Lecturer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to combine your passion for fitness and education, delivering practical and theoretical sessions in sports and personal training. You will play a vital role in helping students gain valuable skills and certifications while inspiring them to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical lessons to students on personal training, sports science, and fitness-related topics.
• Plan and deliver engaging fitness sessions, workshops, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one or group personal training sessions to students as part of their practical learning.
• Support students with their academic progress, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the enhancement of course materials.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Help promote a positive learning environment, fostering teamwork, motivation, and student engagement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Personal Training (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training) or Sports Science (degree-level or equivalent).
• Experience in personal training or sports-related teaching (desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Passion for health, fitness, and education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Award in Education and Training) is desirable but not required.
