Health & Social Care Lecturer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to join our team in Essex. This is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate of £25 to £35, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Health & Social Care lessons.
  
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements.
  
• Support students in developing essential knowledge and skills for the health and social care sector.
  
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  
  

  Requirements:

• Proven experience in teaching Health & Social Care, ideally within a college or similar educational setting.
  
• Strong industry knowledge of healthcare practices and social care policies.
  
• A recognised teaching qualification is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  
• Ability to pass a DBS check upon request.
