Addressing diversity & inclusion is one of the biggest challenges facing all organisations and the world of work today - when businesses consist of people from the same backgrounds, they leave diverse ideas and perspectives behind whether it's race, gender, or socio-economic background. I believe in tech for good and a much greater representation of women, black & other underrepresented groups in senior leadership roles. I have a strong interest in how technology continues to transform society and the workforce, it is integral to everything we do and affects every part of our lives.
