Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of Health & Social Care qualifications, including BTEC, CACHE and T Levels (Levels 1-5)

· Support students to achieve excellent academic outcomes through inclusive and innovative teaching strategies

· Provide pastoral care and academic mentoring as a personal tutor

· Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities, including placements, trips, and industry engagement

· Proven experience in delivering successful Health & Social Care programmes

· Passion for teaching and inspiring learners to reach their full potential

· Background in student-centred approaches and curriculum development

· A recognised teaching qualification and relevant industry knowledge
