Interim Employee Relations Manager, 3-6 months - Leading Charity - Birmingham with hybrid working - £21.98 per hour
Working closely with the Head of People Partnering you will be responsible for providing expert Employee Relations support and oversight across complex case management. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Ensuring consistency in ER advice and process by developing clear casework guidance, templates, and process maps.
- Taking the lead on key and high-risk ER cases and offering backfill support when needed.
- Supporting the development of high-quality HR data and reporting
- Reviewing and improving key family-friendly policies and processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, neonatal), working collaboratively with the Payroll team.
- Contributing to organisation-wide projects, including job evaluation and benchmarking
You should be an experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations skill set. An excellent knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with a track record managing complex cases and improving policies. Good stakeholder management skills need to be combined with an ability to work on HR projects.
