The role is ideal for senior further educational lecturers or assessors who has previously worked as curriculum team leaders or have had experienced developing curriculum.

The Construction, Building Services and Engineering IOT Curriculum Manager will be responsible for:

• Strong industry background in construction, with specific expertise in Carpentry, Multi-skills, or Building Services. Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in FE or a similar setting
• Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and team leadership. Ability to analyse data to inform curriculum improvements and learner outcomes
• This post has a teaching commitment of 12 per week

The Construction, Building Services and Engineering IOT Curriculum Manager will need to have:

• Good formal level of education with general qualification passes
• Ideally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
• The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
• Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements
