
Marketing Manager

Job Purpose You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote their architectural services, enhance their brand presence, and drive business growth. Provide assistance in enhancing and developing the reputation and business of the Company and ensuring professional standards are maintained, to work collaboratively with the management team to organise and over-see all the elements of their marketing campaign and company initiative as required, with limited support from a manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote the business and enhance its reputation
· Promote a collaborative, can-do, continual improvement culture in the company to assist in delivering the company's strategic goals and exceeding the clients' expectations
· Proactively support business development activities
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
· Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and public relations.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with the design and project teams to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
· Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
· Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
· Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
· Mentor colleagues
· Be able to work flexibly and undertake any marketing initiative as required
Key skills / attributes
· Most current approach to social media and other digital marketing, and awareness of the organisations Branding.
· Creative and independent thinker with structured approach to problem solving and decision-making.
· Can do spirit and enthusiasm for a challenge.
· Previous experience of managing budgets (limited) and controlling project based expenditure.
· Aptitude and appetite for generating new business, with support from Director / Associate Director
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Good graphic design skills to be able to produce and manage content and materials
· Creating high quality marketing material and developing the brand
· Development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and support for BD to aid work wining
· To be able to work collaboratively internal and external communications including generating and implementing PR/press initiatives and building relationships in the industry.
· Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
