A leading accounting firm in London is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its dynamic IT department. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with 1-2 years' helpdesk experience looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to employees and partners, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure seamless business operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, liaising with external providers when required.
- Analyse support requests to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Enhance IT processes and systems through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth IT setup.
- Collaborate on firm-wide IT initiatives and share knowledge within the team.
- Uphold the firm's values, acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years' IT helpdesk experience with strong technical expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data cloud platforms.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of audit, business services, tax, payroll, and other client service areas is beneficial.
Working Pattern & Benefits
- Permanent role with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits.
- Initially five days per week in the office for the first three months, then moving to a hybrid model of three days per week in the office.
- Based near Camden, Central London.
