T Level Business Lecturer

Lecturer - Business (Fixed Term, Maternity Cover)




Location: East London

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week

Contract: Temporary, Maternity Cover (until February 2026)

Pay: Up to £32 per hour




An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive lecturer to join the Business, IT, and Creative department at a further education college in East London. This role will involve teaching study programme learners on BTEC Enterprise and T Level Management and Administration courses.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject such as Business, Leadership, or Management. A teaching qualification is desirable, but candidates without one must be willing to work towards obtaining it. Knowledge of key vocational topics, including business law and general business strategies, is essential.

The successful applicant will have experience delivering outstanding teaching, supporting learners to achieve their full potential, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role includes responsibilities such as student assessments, tracking achievement, and general course administration.
