We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to support the management and development of national clinical audit programmes, research projects, and multi-source feedback systems. This role involves deputising for the Programme Manager when required, supervising project staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day management of projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
· Support the development of project plans to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
· Supervise and manage workload distribution across project teams.
· Assist in organising events such as workshops and learning sessions.
· Contribute to promotion and marketing activities to enhance project reach.
· Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, maintaining high standards.
· Manage financial administration, including invoicing and budget forecasts.
· Develop and maintain effective data management systems.
· Represent the organisation in external meetings with key stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
Key Requirements:
· Experience in project management, ideally within healthcare, research, or quality improvement.
· Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
· Experience of sampling data, collecting and analysing data sets and qualitative data
· Solid experience and experienced in using SPSS and Excel
· Excellent organisational skills and experience supervising teams.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication skills, with experience in report writing and presenting.
· Willingness to travel within the UK, including overnight stays where necessary.
