Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client, based in North London, is looking to recruit a Housing Solutions Officer to provide a comprehensive housing management service. The role focuses on all aspects of tenancy and property management, including repairs coordination, complaint investigation, and addressing tenancy-related issues.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Provide tailored advice to tenants on tenancy sustainment, welfare benefits, and housing options to prevent evictions and promote stable living conditions.
• Handle tenancy-related matters such as rent payments, tenancy agreements, and addressing breaches or disputes.
• Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, coordinate repair work with contractors, and ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve complaints from tenants, providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities align with housing legislation, council policies, and data protection requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with contractors, landlords, and external agencies to deliver high-quality housing services and support for tenants.
