Sports Lecturer

Are you passionate about sports science and inspiring the next generation of fitness and sports professionals? A college in Chelmsford, Essex, is seeking a dedicated Sports Science Lecturer to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess Sports Science courses up to Level 3, including modules such as anatomy, physiology, fitness testing, and training principles.
• Deliver practical and theoretical lessons that engage and motivate learners.
• Inspire students to achieve their academic and career goals in the sports and fitness industry.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification or higher in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching sports science or working in a sports-related role (teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential).
• A passion for sports and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
