Horticulture Lecturer

Are you a qualified horticulture professional with a passion for inspiring others? A college in Enfield is looking for an enthusiastic Horticulture Lecturer to join their team on an hourly paid basis, teaching and assessing horticulture-related subjects up to Level 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess a wide range of learners in horticultural subjects up to Level 3.
• Plan engaging lessons and deliver best teaching practices to provide students with an exceptional learning experience.
• Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Horticulture.
• Up-to-date industry experience in horticulture.
• A passion for engaging and inspiring learners with creativity and innovation.
• Strong teaching and assessment skills (teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential).

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: £20 - £35 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
