Accounting Lecturer

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading Further Education College based in East Midlands. We are recruiting for an experienced Accounting Lecturer to teach full time delivering A-Level Accounting.



Role: Accounting Lecturer
Location: East Midlands
Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing



The successful candidate will be required to:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in A-level Accounting with knowledge of the AQA specification
• Develop, plan, and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all learners
• Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching practices and outcomes
• Participate in academic and pastoral support for students
• Uphold high standards of teaching and learning across all Accounting Courses

What we're looking for:

• Staff member must be a Qualified Teacher and have a degree in accounting (or similar subject)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Hold experience in classroom management
• A commitment to continuous professional development
