Our next Curriculum Director will:

• Create and continuously develop an innovative strategy around teaching, learning and assessment.
• Collaborate with staff across the college to design a forward-thinking curriculum which meets educational standards and industry needs.
• Lead and manage staff within the Directorate with a focus on performance and CPD.

To become our next Curriculum Director, you will need:

• Understanding and practical experience of Ofsted requirements.
• Experience of strategic and operational planning, monitoring performance against targets.
• To be an empathetic, flexible and reflective leader.
