This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established and supportive department that is committed to the progression and development of learners who may have learning difficulties, disabilities, or require help with their behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons across a range of courses within Foundation Studies, with a focus on Access to FE programmes.
• Support learners in developing their independence skills and preparing for employment or further education.
• Play an active role in the development and enhancement of the curriculum.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant subject area or a Level 3 qualification with substantial teaching experience in Foundation Studies.
• Experience teaching within the Foundation Learning area, including Functional Skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in supporting learners with additional needs.
• A Level 5 teaching qualification (or a willingness to obtain one with support from the College).

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary between £32,455 and £45,260 per annum, including London Weighting.
