Compliance Co-ordinator

We have a current opportunity for a Compliance Co-ordinator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be initially for 2-3 months.

You will be working within a small team to focus solely on compliance within the organisation. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all systems and databases as they relate to contracts and works including:

• Medical Adaptations,
• Gas Servicing and Maintenance,
• Fire Safety,
• Legionella,
• Asbestos,
• Landlord Certificates such as Gas Safety, Electrical Inspection and EPC's,
• Planned and Cyclical Maintenance,
• Void Property Maintenance and Landscaping

Previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.
