Position Details:




Job Title: Health & Social Care & Childcare Lecturer




Location: Surrey




Contracts: Fixed-Term until 31/07/2025



Hours: 6 hours on a Tuesday




Pay: £28 - £32 per hour pending on qualifications & experience




Responsibilities:

• Support with the Employer Set Project (ESP)
• Recap and mastery of historical context and educational support
• Conduct observations, assessments, and reflective practices
• Teach equality, diversity, and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Provide exam and ESP material support (Assessor qualification preferred)

Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree-level qualification preferred
• Essential vocational/industry experience (e.g., paramedics, nursing, childcare)
• Adaptable teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs

Main Duties:

• Deliver engaging and professionally informed learning experiences
• Attend required meetings
• Develop and improve existing or new courses
