• Hourly Rate: £13.50 PAYE / £17.50 Umbrella
• Hours: 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM, incl. 5 paid lunch hours)
• Location: Colchester, Essex
• Requirements: Enhanced Adult DBS, valid driving license, own vehicle, business insurance

Role Overview:
Manage properties and tenancies for single homeless individuals, providing housing support, conducting assessments, and ensuring safe, well-maintained living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support tenants with housing claims and tenancy management
• Maintain property standards and manage repairs
• Maximise rent collection and handle arrears
• Build positive relationships with the community and stakeholders

Skills Needed:

• Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
• Flexible and able to work across areas as needed
