Job Title: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Days Per Week: Full Time

Location: Carlisle College

Pay Rate: £25 - £35 / hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across Health and Social Care courses.
• Support, mentor, and motivate students to ensure their success.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience in Health and Social Care.
• Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
• A passion for teaching and student development.
