Property Services Officer

A Glasgow based Housing Association are currently recruiting a temporary Property Officer for a temporary role to cover within the team. The role will be on a month to month basis however may go on for a few months.

You will be working within a busy team where you will be based in the office or at properties. You will be liasing with tenants on a daily basis.

The main aspects of the role are:

• Effective contract management and quality control of major, cyclical and reactive, contracts
• Provision of technical advice/service tenants and staff
• Assist in the management of works to empty properties
• Involvement in medical adaptations

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Working knowledge of housing/building legislation and planning guidelines
• Experience in Contract Administration and Quality control procedures

It is also desirable to have:

• HNC in construction
• experience in a similar role
