Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 per annum (including London Weighting)

About the Role
Join a dynamic and friendly team in Uxbridge to inspire and prepare the next generation of travel and tourism professionals. Specialising in courses related to the airline, aviation, and hospitality industries, working closely with local employers, including Heathrow Airport, to equip learners with the skills needed for thriving careers or higher education pathways.
You will teach a variety of Travel and Tourism courses, ranging from Level 1 to Level 5, to predominantly 16-19-year-olds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons on Travel and Tourism topics tailored to vocational learners.
- Foster relationships with local employers to enhance learner opportunities.
- Support student progress through innovative and inspiring teaching methods.
- Assist with curriculum development and course planning.
- Mentor students to achieve their academic and career goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (degree highly desirable).
- Industry experience within the travel or tourism sector.
- Teaching or training experience with vocational learners, especially ages 16-19.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
