Our next Careers & Progression Manager will:

• Lead on our Careers strategy across the service
• Manage our team of Careers professionals
• Working with Colleges, Universities and Employers to create mutually beneficial partnerships

To be successful, you will need:

• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Knowledge of Gatsby benchmarks
• Previous experience in a Careers provision
