Pentagon Talent have partnered with a top 50 US London based Law firm, operating on a global capacity and boasting with over 150 years' worth of experience and more than 5000 employees globally. My client is looking for an experienced E-billing Coordinator to assist the International Billing Manager and provide added support to the process.

As E-billing Coordinator based in London, you will be required to assist with supporting the day to day running of the E-billing function, to ensure that high standards are maintained. The E-billing Coordinator will form part of a busy and dynamic E-billing team, to provide extensive support to the day to day operations of the billing systems.

Duties/Responsibilities of the E-billing Coordinator

· Ensuring that all electronically billed invoices are submitted in a timely manner

· Collaborating with the business partners to resolve and troubleshoot invoicing issues

· Working in align with the client E-billing guideline to ensure compliance and vendor requirements are met

· Look to ensure that client requirement are met by maintaining all processes are logged accurately which will include invoice submissions, testing and application set up

· Working with the billing systems to ensure that client rate submissions are accurate

· Troubleshooting the system to handle rejections, short pays and resubmissions where required

· Working accordingly with the company workflows to make sure that deadlines are met

· Providing support to the billing team by offering training on the procedures and best practices

· Assisting with setting up client vendors

· Collaborating with the pricing team in regards to disbursement arrangements for electronic bills and non-standard fee invoices

· Providing the billing team with up to date information on e-billing matters

· Ensuring that you are the focal point for reporting, accruals, budgets and other requests where required

· Performing other tasks on an ad-hoc basis where required

Desired experience of the E-billing Coordinator

· Previous experience of working in E-billing (ideally 2 years+)

· A good understanding of LEDES files

· Strong knowledge of the legal billing process

· Previous experience of working on Aderant/Elite 3e

· Familiar with e-billing platforms such as CounselLink, Serengeti and Bridgeway

· As strong communicator

· Good attention to detail

· The ability to exercise strategic thinking

· Good organisational skills
