Legal Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced PA with a passion for providing high-level support in a professional legal environment? We're seeking a dedicated Legal Personal Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our Regulatory Operations and support the Legal Service Directorate for six weeks, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of our legal office. This is a part time, 17.5 hours a week for 6 weeks, starting on the 25th of November and a payrate of £25.14 inclusive of holiday pay and inner London weighting.
About the Role
As a Legal PA, you'll play a key role in supporting the Legal Service team based in our Leeds, Bolton, or Sunderland office, with hybrid working options available in Exeter, Birmingham, or London. In this role, you'll manage confidential information with professionalism and assist with various administrative tasks, from document preparation to managing filing and record-keeping systems.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
- Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to the Legal Service team.
- Maintain effective and confidential filing and information systems.
- Assist in coordinating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Prepare documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Offer information and support both in person and over the phone, including handling sensitive matters.
About You
To thrive in this role, the Personal Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a support role, including managing sensitive conversations and documents.
- A courteous and professional approach, with a commitment to confidentiality.
