Business Support Administrator
Morgan Hunt is current with a Regulatory Body in East London seeking A Business Support Administrator to join their Early Careers team. You will work alongside the Early Careers Talent Partner and Early Careers Partner. Your primary role will be to provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across various activities that help our graduates and apprentices thrive. This is a full-time hybrid temporary position for 18 months.
The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and deliver student events on campus and in-office, including organising representatives, workshops, travel, catering, and more.
- Manage the Early Careers inbox, respond to inquiries, and keep records updated.
- Track expenses and maintain the Early Careers finance spreadsheet.
- Organise the training calendar, schedule sessions, manage invitations, and ensure necessary resources are in place.
- Support onboarding activities for graduates and apprentices, including inductions, guest speaker sessions, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in administrative tasks during peak recruitment periods, such as organising events for work experience, apprenticeship weeks, and induction days.

The Business Support Administrator will need to have experience in:
- Proven experience in a administrative role within a Membership or Regulatory body.
- Proficiency with Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
