Head of Student Recruitment
Morgan Hunt is currently working with a University based in Fulham and Brighton In search for a Temporary Head of Student Recruitment!
The Head of Student Recruitment will work closely with the Director of Recruitment and Admissions in leading and implementing a recruitment strategy for all in-country recruitment and conversion partnerships, events and activities.
Role: Head of Student Recruitment
Contract: 1-month temp contract
Pay: £300 P/Day Umbrella
Location: Fulham or Brighton, 4-days-a-week from office
Key Responsibilities of the new Head of Student Recruitment :
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all domestic recruitment activities including but not limited to schools and college partnerships, regional and national recruitment events, open days, experience days and audition/interview days.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local and national feeder routes including schools, colleges and other identified institutions.
- To work with the Student Recruitment and Diversity Coordinator and the Director of Recruitment and Admissions to ensure widening access targets are met within from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Lead, manager and develop a high performing student recruitment team; ensuring achievement of departmental targets and objectives.
Previous experience of the new Head of Student Recruitment :
- Extensive experience of managing student recruitment activities in an HE context
- Experience of complex data analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with evidence of building strong and professional relationships
- Advanced digital literacy skills including Microsoft platforms and student records systems
