Teaching Levels: BTEC and A-Level Business

Learner Age Group: Predominantly 16-18 year olds

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Lecturer to join a dynamic college in Isleworth on a temporary, ongoing basis. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching to BTEC and A-Level Business students, helping them achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in BTEC and A-Level Business.
• Support and inspire learners, ensuring they achieve their potential.
• Plan and prepare high-quality teaching materials.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to aid progression.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Business or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching BTEC and/or A-Level Business.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for 16-18-year-olds.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
