Position Details:
Job Title: Assessor - Level 3 Criminology
Location: Cirencester
Hours: Flexible - Part-time or Full-time (to be discussed during the interview)
Start Date: January 2024 (subject to interview and clearance)
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £16.29 - £18.13 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Assess learners' work to ensure it meets qualification standards.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to support academic growth and professional development.
Offer tailored guidance and resources to support learners throughout their educational journey.
Maintain high standards of assessment and student support in line with college policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A valid DBS check registered with the online update service or a willingness to apply for one.
A recognised assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1, or TAQA) - essential.
A relevant qualification in Criminology or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping learners achieve their full potential.
