Morgan Hunt is current with a leading FE College based in Central London seeking to appoint an Administrator play a key role in supporting and driving the Equality and Diversity Action Plan and initiatives across the college. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to promote inclusivity, build relationships, and ensure that EDI principles are integrated throughout our workplace and student practices. This is a full time temporary for a minimum of 3 months.

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the EDI lead to deliver training, workshops, and presentations on diversity topics.
  • Maintaining the colleges diversity calendar to promote equality and ensure visibility across the organisation.
  • Working closely with the Deputy Head of Student Services to engage underrepresented groups.
  • Respond to inquiries and arrange surveys to monitor progress on EDI initiatives.

The Administrator will need to have experience in:

  • Experience in equality and diversity work, with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to engage with staff at all levels and build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
