Part time Floating Support Worker - Richmond!
Position: Part time Floating Support Worker/Tenancy Management
Location: Richmond, (2 days a week)
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Role Overview: Support vulnerable customers in Richmond, helping them sustain tenancies and manage risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide intensive support, conduct home visits, and ensure support plans are in place and reviewed
- Agency Collaboration: Work with specialist agencies to meet customer needs.
- Professional Representation: Attend multi-agency meetings to resolve complex cases
- Risk and Safeguarding: Conduct risk assessments and address safeguarding concerns
- Financial Support: Assist customers with financial support through the hardship fund
- Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload, offering tailored support
Requirements:
- Experience in floating support or tenancy management.
- Understanding of the benefit systems.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
