Job Opportunity: Architectural Director for Belfast Studio

We are thrilled to support a prestigious UK-wide architectural practice in their search for a new Architectural Director to lead their Belfast studio. This strategic appointment aims to enhance their market share in the UK Architectural market, building on another successful year of trading.

The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate, Director, or Partner-level candidate with a strong fee-earning background. The role offers the chance to join one of the UK's largest architectural employers and spearhead their Northern Irish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee the Belfast studio, driving growth and market presence.
  • Business Development: Expand networks, explore new sectors, and win business to enhance the practice's success.
  • Staff Management: Handle recruitment, staff management, and practice operations from a commercial standpoint.
  • Multi-Sector Operations: Engage in a diverse range of architectural projects across various sectors.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ambitious and Driven: Looking to make a significant impact on the business's presence in Northern Ireland.
  • Experienced: Proven track record at a senior fee-earning level within an architectural practice.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in managing staff and running a practice commercially.
