Financial Controller/Director – Property Investment/Development – ACA - £80,000 + bens
  • 8 years experience within the international and entrepreneurial residential Property sector
  • Project managed a £550 million exclusive residential development in Knightsbridge
  • Forecasting, project revenue & cost control
  • Negotiating of loan finance & management of project funding arrangements
  • Evaluation and appraisal of prospective projects  with potential joint venture partners
  • Implemented  the use of Sage and Sun Accounting Systems
Finance Business Partner – Facilities Management – CIMA, PRINCE 2 - £60,000 + bens
  • Budgeting and forecasting (£ 461 million budget)
  • Designing and maintaining financial models for a project
  • Liaise and interact with all key stakeholders providing business support
  • Month-end reporting, analysis and commentary
  • Reviewing and  testing robustness of project accounting controls, process and  procedures
  • Supporting  the integration of SAP system
Commercial Accountant – Construction – CIMA - £50,000 + bens
  • Providing a robust and proactive financial and management accounting service to commercial business managers
  • Client reporting and enhancing relationships via business partnering
  • Budgeting, forecasting, business planning with periodic review and analysis and performance management 
  • Developing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing customer relationships
Client Accountant – Property Investment – ACCA - £ 40,000+ bens
  • Preparing full statutory and service charge accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with RICS regulations
  • Calculating and completing corporation tax and VAT returns and reports
  • Raising and issuing invoices and charges to all lessees
  • Preparing month-end accounts, cash flow forecasts, capital analysis, purchase and sales reports, bank and intercompany reconciliations
  • Preparing balance sheet and profit & loss reconciliations
