Sarah Faulstroh is an ADHD Success Coach who helps neurodivergent professionals work with their strengths and feel more in control of their time, energy, and day-to-day demands.

With over 25 years’ experience in leadership development across sectors including rail, aviation, and automotive, Sarah brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to coaching - combining ICF-accredited skills, deep knowledge of executive functioning, and her own lived experience of ADHD.

She offers private one-to-one coaching as well as working with organisations to support neurodivergent employees through tailored workshops and coaching - helping people and teams understand what works for them and find sustainable ways of working.
